Shipping Policy
We carefully package every plant to ensure it arrives safely and healthy. Because plants are living products, we take extra care when preparing each order for shipment.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Plants are generally shipped Monday–Wednesday to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Shipping times may vary depending on weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Packaging
Each plant is securely packaged to minimize movement and protect the foliage, roots, and soil during transit. Some plants may be shipped with leaves gently secured or partially wrapped to prevent damage.
Weather Conditions
Extreme temperatures can affect live plants during shipping. We may delay shipment during periods of extreme heat, cold, storms, or other hazardous conditions to help protect your plant.
If you are concerned about the weather in your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Arrival & Plant Care
A small amount of leaf movement, soil shifting, or minor cosmetic damage can occur during shipping and is considered normal. Plants may also arrive slightly stressed from their journey.
Please unpack your plant as soon as it arrives, remove any protective packaging, and place it in an appropriate growing environment.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If your plant arrives significantly damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Important Note
By purchasing a live plant, you understand that plants are living organisms and may vary in size, shape, color, and appearance from the photos shown. Seasonal changes and shipping conditions may also affect the plant's appearance upon arrival.
